Course Outline
Through discussions, hands-on exercises, and review of real-world case studies from across a diverse set of industries, you will experience first-hand the impact of the Scrum framework and the importance of the Scrum Master role.
Participants will gain an understanding of Agile Values and Principles, as well as practical knowledge working with Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, visual boards and tools for forecasting and monitoring progress.

This course will prepare attendees for an optional certification exam.
Post program, participants may register for the online examination which comprises of multiple-choice questions to test your knowledge.
Exams are administered by ScrumStudy or Scrum.org and cost of the exam is an optional extra.
